This rig will certainly be different for C.F.D. with the tandem axle design and pre-piped waterway.

Just heard that Seagrave has been awarded the contract for the new Ladder Trucks. No word on when or who will be receiving them.

The contract says that delivery will be in 360 days, so this time next year....

This keeps getting better. There has now been an add-on to the contract for another aerial (that's a total of 3). I don't know if the third rig will be delivered along with the first 2 or at a later date.... Now, repeat after me, I want a red roof on my fire engine, I want a red roof on my fire engine.....

I was informed that the new aerials will be assigned to Trucks 23, 29, and 32. As always, wait until they have a number on them and are in the station before you believe anything that I've entered on here. My motto, borrowed from some nameless sage, is "I want news, not facts".
Anyone else have any CFD news to share?
