how come A-12 seems to make more runs than any of the other "busses"

how come A-12 seems to make more runs than any of the other "busses" I believe that it has to do with the old real estate slogan "Location - Location - Location". The area where they respond (assuming all of the Ambulances are in quarters - Ha!) is quite large and contains lots of apartment buildings with low income people. 6000+ runs is awfully busy.......
