On their website, Seagrave has a "Flame" model listed as being delivered to Cincinnati. From the picture, it looks like a demonstrator. Is this engine going to CFD or some other department in the area?

I believe Madison Place/Fairfax took delivery of the "Flame".

Correct, but to be exact, it went to Little Miami Fire-Rescue. It's been assigned to Engine-66 at their house in Madison Place. It's quite a nice truck - nicely laid-out, well equipped and fun to drive.

Mark,
Is Little Miami Fire-Rescue a combination of one, two or more departments in the area?

"Little Miami Fire District" is the name that was chosen when the combined Fairfax/Madison Place department took over Newtown.
I heard the other day that this district will begin using its own personnel to provide medic service, replacing the Eastern Joint Ambulance District (EJAD) that was their regional medic unit. EJAD provided medics in a fly car - the departments provided their own transport units and EMT-B & EMT-I personnel.

(George) I don't mean to get off-topic, because this thread is for apparatus questions... but I'd like to respond.
Honestly, Fairfax/Madison Place Fire-Rescue didn't take over anything. The two departments simply merged to create Little Miami Fire-Rescue.
As far is EEJAD is concerned, yes, there is talk that the EEJAD program will be merged into the fire district. Currently, EEJAD responds to incidents in Fairfax, Mariemont, and Columbia Twp. In Newtown, Anderson Twp. is still under contract with the village to provide ALS service, and they respond with Medic-100 from the Broadwell station. Once their contract is up, I believe Little Miami will either use EEJAD (if it's still around) or schedule 2 Medic's to run out of Station-76 in Newtown.
