I believe I heard we paid $25,000 for it but now it needs a new turret and that is $18,000-20,000.

Hey has anyone heard if Mariemont got one. I hear they got one to help with the Lunken Airport runs? Is this true?

If Mariemont got one, it'll probably be in service before the City's.
Now the gear teeth on the big overhead nozzle are broken so bad, you can't aim the nozzle properly.
If the taxpayer only knew!

Mariemont does not own a crash truck - however they attempted to purchase one late last year. I was told that a deal never materialized.
Frankly, I don't understand why they would want a crash truck. Mariemont doesn't even fall under the glide plane of runways 3/21, and much less runway 7/25. Fairfax is much more vunerable.
Just my two cents.
