Just looked at new deliveries on the Rosenbauer website and saw 2 new engines. From the info they appear to be new apparatus and not gliders. Also seen the new heavy rescue on the all-American facebook page.
I saw that, was wondering if the one for the 23's is a new unit or a glider. They don't have it on the Rosenbauer website, just the 2 new units. Guess the 18's and 37's will get a hand me down and get out of their 20+ year old engines.
Saw the new engine 12 going to the Gest st pumps today, still had the transporter sign hanging in the back window, it's a Rosenbauer.
I didn't realize the new apparatus would be here so soon. Currently, the following are on order or in the case of the Rosenbauer apparatus they may have been delivered: Rosenbauer - 2 engines, 1 aerial, 1 heavy rescue E-One - 2 engines and 2 aerials. The E One apparatus will be painted solid red! The new Heavy Rescue 9 was supposed to be delivered by the beginning of July. The E Ones will be late 2018 (early 2019?).
