Looks like an end to the seagrave tillers is coming very soon. One good thing though at least they are being replaced by seagraves!

Rumor has it that the new ladders are going to the 23's 29's, and 32's. Guess we will know when we see the numbers painted on the doors and the ladder boards. Still haven't heard when the first one is going in service.

I took pictures of the first two Seagraves today at the shops, and will have them posted up on cincyfireapparatus.com by tomorrow.
They are lettered for L29 and L32.

Yesterday at the 911 Memorial Ceremony both the New Ladder's 29 and 32 were on display. The will also be there today (Sunday). Ladder 29 , Shop Number 71651 Ladder 32, Shop Number 71650 Sorry about the shadows but that overhang of the Convention Center was a pain.

It sure has, image of the new truck has been added to the new deliveries section of cincyfireapparatus.com. Graphics have not been added yet but as an educated guess:
L23 = CFD Shop# 71652

I wouldn't count on the last one being L23. Last I heard they were not going to get it because it was unable to make the turn on Collins, which the 23's use to get down to Eastern Av. I haven't heard what they are then going to do, i.e. 23's get a new used E-One and somebody else gets the new Seagrave or what.
