I recall seeing the film in Drill School. (September 1975). I was looking over the Nixon St. fire photos you have posted (listed as 1970-07-01). I cannot from memory tell whether that was the building used to film or not. I only saw the film 1 time as a recruit. As I recall the film was played on the old projection and screen (reel to reel). Is it still at Training?
The staff at Drill School then was Asst. Ch. Norman Wells, Asst. Marshal Nolan Bullington, Asst. Marshal Don Vogeler, Lt. Ed Kolb and Lt. Terry Folzenlogan. Perhaps either Don Vogeler or Terry Folzenlogan could inform you of the location?
Good luck, I too would like to know the answer.

I sure would like to buy a copy, but unfortunately the movie isn't available. The Cincinnati Fire Museum has "Out Tap" on the original 16mm(?) reels (like we would watch in school).
Some time over the winter I may try to arrange a screening. The movie is about 30 minutes long and explains the basic functions of the C.F.D. The movie shows a building fire and the response to the scene.
