I heard a rumor today that Covington was or already has received a new Heavy Rescue... Anybody know anything about that? Covington has ordered from Seagrave: 2 engines, 1 rescue truck, and 1 tda. Delivery should be next summer. Crescent Springs has an E One engine on order that should be in this fall. Wilder received a Sutphen engine in May. As it turns out I was wrong about Covington. The order with Seagrave was not placed. I wonder if Truck 1 will receive a new rig before it's officially an antique?

O.K. - now it's official in Covington. Two engines and a truck from Seagrave. The rescue was not purchased. Also 2 ambulances being ordered.

Haha well we all know how the political game is played. Though a Rescue would have been nice as well, I'm just happy they are getting something. Truck 1 has had a good life

So I just saw on www.govdeals.com that Deer Park Silverton is selling their 1988 Seagrave Ladder they purchased form Milford a few years back. They said it had something to do with change in staffing... Anyone have any answers?

Recently delivered: Fairfield - E One 75' Quint Springdale - E One Engine Greenhills - Sutphen Engine
Miami Twp. has a Sutphen engine on order and the City of Oxford and Hanover Twp. both have Sutphen pumper/tankers due this year. Middltown has a small Ford/Summit rescue that will be there some time this year. Norwood wants to buy a TDA to replace the quint (Yahoo!!) but they don't have the cash at the moment. If Norwood does buy one I sure hope it's a Seagrave.

Thank you sir. Miami Twp Hamilton County? Norwood does need a ladder, though I doubt they will find the money. I was glad to see they got a new ambulance

Forest Park's new Pierce engine is ready. I don't know if they have it or if it is at Finley. Erlanger has placed a pair of 2019 E One engines in service as Engines 51 and 53. Independence has ordered an E One pumper.

I heard that Norwood has a new Seagrave on order? Anybody heard anything about that? Or is their any other good news out there? I heard that they purchased the Rosenbauer tandem truck that was originally assigned to truck 20 from Cincinnati. They've been trying to unload at auction for years and haven't had any takers.
